I have felt for a while that the 99 Souls tee needed some adjustments. I have tweaked the typography and moved the “egg/soul” to the back of the shirt. I like the balance much more. This new version is replacing the old design, and will release on Monday 7/9 at superorange.net
Okay, this week’s SUNDAY STEAL will involve buttons. I have a bunch to go up to superorange.net as well as a couple that haven’t even been released yet. As usual, It will start at 9am on Sunday (7/8) so stay tuned. I’ll announce the actual deal at some point on Saturday afternoon.
I absolutely LOVE printing with discharge ink. It looks amazing and feels like it isn’t even there. The only real downside is that it smells like a yak that has been preserved with formaldehyde and then lit of fire. Still… so much better than wearing a slab of plastic on my chest.
I really love other people’s reactions to my designs. I hit up Starbucks wearing my SOCIALLY AWKWARD tee with my two year old in tow. An older gentleman informed me that half a bottle of vodka would fix the socially awkward part but would most likely make me even louder than before. He looked like Hemingway and was wearing a Grateful Dead tee. My day just got 81% better.
